Didn’t work and beat but didn’t have any solutions
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Tablet wouldn’t turn on, went to go return it and they didn’t have any in stock. Best buys solution was to buy another tablet that was double the price

Posted .Hi Crystal, I am sorry to see that the Amazon Fire HD 10 tablet you purchased will not power on. Here are some troubleshooting steps that may help:
1. Try removing any tablet case or cover as it may interfere with the power button.
2. Use the power cable and adapter included with your Fire Tablet device.
3. Charge your device for at least 30 minutes.
4. Press and hold the power button for 40 seconds to reboot device.
5. Try a different charging cable.
6. Try charging the device by plugging it to a wall outlet.
7. Unplug the charging cable and plug cable back into device, then try turning on the device.
8. Plug your device to charge and hold power button for 60 seconds.
9. Unplug the charging cable and hold the power button for 40 seconds. Then, reconnect device to charging cable. If these steps are not helpful and your tablet is still not turning on, please reach out to Amazon Customer Support 24/7 at 1-888-280-4331. Thank you and Happy Holidays!
