A: Hi JB! Microsoft 365 is available on the Fire HD 10, though you'll need a subscription for anything more than viewing documents on the tablet. The free Web version of Excel worked just fine on my Fire 11 Max though, so that might also be a good solution. Perfect gift
I have wanted to get a tablet for a long time, and I'm glad I did. This one works great and so far it does everything I want it to do. The touch screen is responsive and it is easy to connect to my home WiFi. It is easy to charge with the provided wire and wall adapter, and so far the battery is holding a charge for quite a long time. I have been able to use the app store to download apps, I have read books using Kindle and Libby, and I have also used it for basic activities such as games and surfing the internet. The screen is clear and graphics and photos look great. In fact, I'm writing this review with it and using the vocal dictation feature now. I have not used it yet to take pictures. I definitely recommend getting a good Protective case and Screen protector For this tablet, because it is thin, sleek, and somewhat slippery. It might not be the fanciest one on the market, but I am very happy with it so far so far, especially for the price.

No longer loads a fav App
It's my 3rd Fire 10 tablet 64GB (11th, 12th, and now 13th generation) and I've had it for less than a week. My 11th is slow and my 12th's touchscreen seems to be failing, so I wanted a new one. I like that it is the lightest of the bunch (every gram counts). The most appreciated improvement is it loading speed (use it for entertainment) and it's screen seems a little brighter than my 12th. It survived a 3 ft. drop in the Amazon case. I don't think the battery lasts as long as the 12th (end of the day 54% versus 39% on the new one). The speakers are louder, but tinnier to my ear. And I'll have to get used to the new button placements (why keep moving these?) I don't use the cameras or stylus. However my biggest regret is that the Viki App (Amazon App store and Google Play store fails) will not work on it (still works on the other two Fires). Spent many hours trying to get it loaded. I was going to return the tablet, but I figured out I could use the missing app through a browser. It's kind of crazy that I have to jump through hoops to get it to do what I want.
