    We bought this for our daughter and we got it all set up with Amazon kids and parental controls. It is quite customizable and we can control what our daughter does on it. Ahe enjoys using it and keeps her entertained during car rides and such. However with the official case we bought with it, she dropped it and the acreen broke. Its still usable but ashamed it wasnt built a bit better to handle minor accidents.

    I purchased this as a gift from the best buy website. The seller was actually from an independent company that fulfilled it. I was under the impression that it was a NEW tablet, but when we set it up, someone else's name was already on it. We logged out and set up our account, however, for the price point, it should have indicated on the best buy site that it was used. Very frustrating and I didn't want to send it back, as it was my daughter's big Christmas gift and I didn't want her to know that we had purchased a a USED item thinking it was new. I'll do better research next time, but disappointed it did not say refurbished/used ANYWHERE on the site.

    The little ones love this tablet. They can access videos, games. They are learning to navigate the different programs. Their little minds are like sponges, always absorbing information. A great tablet to learn on before moving to a more advanced computer.
