Fired Up for the Second Time

I really like the size and mobility. I use it for very basic things like email and shopping online. I prefer it over my cell phone because the screen is larger (10inch screen) to accommodate my “older eyes”. The only drawback is the Bluetooth doesn't sync with my Bose headphones or my Powerbeats Pro earbuds.

Posted .Hi Crystal, I am sorry to see that the Amazon Fire HD 10 tablet you purchased will not power on. Here are some troubleshooting steps that may help:
1. Try removing any tablet case or cover as it may interfere with the power button.
2. Use the power cable and adapter included with your Fire Tablet device.
3. Charge your device for at least 30 minutes.
4. Press and hold the power button for 40 seconds to reboot device.
5. Try a different charging cable.
6. Try charging the device by plugging it to a wall outlet.
7. Unplug the charging cable and plug cable back into device, then try turning on the device.
8. Plug your device to charge and hold power button for 60 seconds.
9. Unplug the charging cable and hold the power button for 40 seconds. Then, reconnect device to charging cable. If these steps are not helpful and your tablet is still not turning on, please reach out to Amazon Customer Support 24/7 at 1-888-280-4331. Thank you and Happy Holidays!
