The Amazon Fire HD 10 standard tablet comes with a one-year limited warranty, it covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal, non-commercial use. The standard warranty does not cover accidental damage (e.g., drops, spills, cracked screens)You may contact Amazon customer support to file a claim 24/7 at 1-888-280-4331. I hope this helps.
