After several hours of working starting the IPad I called an Apple for technical help. The technician worked with me for approximately 30 minutes without success and he concluded the machine wasn’t working properly. I returned the IPad to the Best Buy stored that ordered for me for a refund. I was charged $1.00 for the return.

Fired Up for the Second Time

I really like the size and mobility. I use it for very basic things like email and shopping online. I prefer it over my cell phone because the screen is larger (10inch screen) to accommodate my “older eyes”. The only drawback is the Bluetooth doesn't sync with my Bose headphones or my Powerbeats Pro earbuds.
