    I purchased this as a gift from the best buy website. The seller was actually from an independent company that fulfilled it. I was under the impression that it was a NEW tablet, but when we set it up, someone else's name was already on it. We logged out and set up our account, however, for the price point, it should have indicated on the best buy site that it was used. Very frustrating and I didn't want to send it back, as it was my daughter's big Christmas gift and I didn't want her to know that we had purchased a a USED item thinking it was new. I'll do better research next time, but disappointed it did not say refurbished/used ANYWHERE on the site.
