When a Fire tablet powers on and off intermittently, this typically indicates a power-related issue that can often be resolved by ensuring the tablet is charged using the original Amazon power adapter rather than a USB port, performing a hard restart by pressing and holding the power button for 40 seconds until the device restarts automatically, checking that all software updates are installed through Settings and Device Options, and charging the device fully with the original adapter while avoiding use during charging. The intermittent power cycling you're experiencing shouldn't occur on a device you haven't had long, and if these troubleshooting steps don't resolve the issue, the device may have a hardware defect that would warrant a replacement. The color as shown was supposed to be blue. When received the color was actually purple. To avoid the issue with returning this item, we decided to keep the incorrect color.

Was several days late and I couldn't even track it or get a hold of any information or any person to find out what was happening with it in the meantime. Won't order from Best buy again
