    Graphics, storage and streaming is pretty great. Screen is very iffy though. Even with the case, 4 yr old dropped it once and it shattered the one corner.

Unfortunately, the YouTube app is not available for Fire Tablets at this time. However, you can download a web browser version of the app by searching for YOUTUBE in the Amazon App store while logged in to the Adult Profile.     I bought this device for my 5 year old because I thought I will have more control of it, however it don't seem that way. i set up daily screen time on the device but it appears my son can continue playing games on the tablet after the screen time comes. what is the purpose of screen time if it don't stop the kid from being able to access the device completely. Unless I am not doing it right and someone needs to show me how to do it

      Go to Parent Dashboard and select a child profile.
      Select Set Up Screen Time.
      Toggle to activate Daily Time Limits. This step lets you control how long your child can use their device each day.
      Under Schedule, add screen time limits.
      Select Next and choose the days the limits should be applied.
      Select Apply Changes.

    Got a great deal on the tablet but our kids love youtube kids. Couldn't download the app for some reason but had access to random youtube kids videos. Gave them to family members to use

    It was good for a while. Then after a month of having it she can no long make or receive calls from the Alexa app and it starts play videos in the middle of my daughter math games.

    Bought this tablet for my son for Christmas and payed over a hundred dollars for the protection plan. The tablet stopped charging after only two months now and Best Buy only gave me the price of the tablet back on a Best Buy card. Don’t buy this tablet and don’t get scammed for a protection plan either because they don’t fix it at all. I will never shop Best Buy again.

    Garbage! We haven’t even had this a month and it’s not working. The screen will not switch between profiles and will not reset. What a waste of $150

      Hello ColleenQ! I am sorry you are having issues with your Kids HD10. Anytime your device freezes, you can press and hold the power button for 10-30 seconds and it will power down and then you can try powering it back up. Many times, this resolves any issues of freezing. You can check your software updates as well by going to Settings>Device Options>System Updates. This can sometimes be the cause of a device not working correctly. Lastly, you do have a 2 year free guarantee with this device that you can get assistance with as well as further troubleshooting by contacting Amazon Customer Support at 888.280.4331.
