Unfortunately, the YouTube app is not available for Fire Tablets at this time. However, you can download a web browser version of the app by searching for YOUTUBE in the Amazon App store while logged in to the Adult Profile. Unless I am not doing it right and someone needs to show me how to do it

Go to Parent Dashboard and select a child profile.
Select Set Up Screen Time.
Toggle to activate Daily Time Limits. This step lets you control how long your child can use their device each day.
Under Schedule, add screen time limits.
Select Next and choose the days the limits should be applied.
Select Apply Changes.

Couldn't download the app for some reason but had access to random youtube kids videos. Gave them to family members to use

The tablet stopped charging after only two months now and Best Buy only gave me the price of the tablet back on a Best Buy card. Don’t buy this tablet and don’t get scammed for a protection plan either because they don’t fix it at all. I will never shop Best Buy again.

Anytime your device freezes, you can press and hold the power button for 10-30 seconds and it will power down and then you can try powering it back up. Many times, this resolves any issues of freezing. You can check your software updates as well by going to Settings>Device Options>System Updates. This can sometimes be the cause of a device not working correctly. Lastly, you do have a 2 year free guarantee with this device that you can get assistance with as well as further troubleshooting by contacting Amazon Customer Support at 888.280.4331.
