Good beginner tablet. User friendly and fast. Has many features a full tablet has.

This was purchased as a gift for my mother. It was a kindle upgrade. She loves it. Clear screen. Can watch her movies and get on the net as well as still read her books

Good price, great product and a great gift for an avid reader. Small but powerful.

Good tablet for money. I own a nook tablet in addition to the kindle fire hdx. The kindle battery life is a little disappointing if you are online a lot, my nook seems to last longer. The graphics are really nice and it moves pretty quick for a tablet. The only thing I don't like is having to delete the browser history one by one. Maybe I just haven't figured out how to do it yet.

I had been using my smart phone for reading books, playing games, using Google, keeping up with Facebook friends, etc. Then I bought this Kindle Fire HDX. Wow! It's a whole different world. I'm not straining my eyes to see small type or photos anymore. Games are incredible. I can do just about everything that my best friend does on her very expensive iPad, for a lot less money.Wish I had bought one sooner!

Truly enjoying this device. Love the ease of reading books. So easy to get new books and apps. Using the kindle fire xd as my only device for trips as it has everything I need in one compact place.

I love the parental control feature. We bought this for our 4 year old. He has the tendency to download games that cost money. With the parental control feature he is not able to do this without the password. Overall its a great tablet. No complaints so far

Does everything expected of it and then more. Very capable of things you would expect a computer or advanced tablet to do Very satisfied with the product overall. A sure winner for the money paid!

Not only is it a good reader it offers many options my daughter wanted.

I bought the Kindle for my son since it's cheaper than the iPad mini. Once he started playing with kindle he loved it. Great graphics and all the apps he is looking for. I recommend the Kindle

good product if not too sophisticated use. Nice supplement to a computer.

Hopefully this kindle's charging port doesn't die like the last one

This is my second Kindle I've had, the first one was 1st generation. The screen is bright and clear in HD. I don't care for the mini USB port because it is at an angle and causes a person to think the plug is not in correctly. Also, Amazon keeps changing the location of the on button. Overall, some nice features (screen, camera) and some not so good features.

I would definitely recommend this product. Portable and powerful! It meets all my entertainment needs ;O)

This is my first experience with a tablet. More than I expected. Superior picture quality and performance. Enjoy reading books and catching up on emails. Great product for the price.

I had an earlier kindle model. I bought this one because they are soooo easy to use anyone in my family can use it. Great clarity,size is nice,easy to care around when traveling.

Easy to operate, Battery life adequate. Good size for travel.

I upgraded from the original Kindle Fire to the Kindle Fire HDX and I was able to transfer everything over in an instant. The price was great, the battery is long-lasting and it charges fast. Even with everything I have on it, I still have lots of space to keep adding! Not only do I read my books on it, but I also use it as a tablet. I wouldn't go anywhere without it.

It's a great machine for the money. The processor and graphics are great compared to other tablets in the same class. It's definitely worth getting the HDX over the HD; there is a very noticeable difference in picture quality.

Nice product. Easy to use. Love the hints. Beautiful picture quality. Would have liked to have the light to show when charging or charged on the outside like the previous one.
