Checked out several tablet brands but decided the kindle HDX was the best buy for my money. Had an older kindle so was familiar with it, but had made up my mind to change to another brand. Then I got to try the different brands at Best Buy. Was impressed with kindle updates, it was as good and actually better than the tablets I thought I wanted. Good job kindle!

I was very hesitant to purchase this, but my husband bought it for me and I must admit that I am having a good time with it. I am constantly learning different things and am amazed at the ease of handling this. I know there are areas that I have not ventured into but that is going to take some time. In the meantime, I am enjoying the games that I play on it.

Lighter, more powerful, and many more New features. Love the help/May day feature. Well worth the money.

I love my kindle, very easy to use and the picture quality is great.

My Kindle is my go to device for reading, playing games, watching TV shows and movies and teaching my grandchildren through games for children. I love the interactive aspect of the Kindle HDX. It's nice to be able to talk to a person when I get stuck.

My overall impression of my 7" Kindle Fire HDX is that I love it! It's small enough to be ultra-portable, it's wonderfully lightweight, has a fast 2.2 Ghz Quad Core CPU, 16GB, exceptional screen resolution, switches from landscape to portrait in a split-second, very clear and crisp Dolby sound, tons of free apps and e-books, great WiFi reception and an excellent touch screen interface. I'm very, very happy that I bought it.

Many available options. Very easy to use. Great picture, and with the cover, it stores easily and safely.

I LOVE MY KINDLE IT HAS LONG BATTERY LIFE THE OPTIONS WITH A KINDLE ARE SO MANY. ONLY ONE THING I DO NOT LIKE ON THIS MODEL IS THAT THE CAMERA IS ONLY IN FRONT NOT BACK.... YOU HAVE TO BE LOOKING AT IMAGE CAUSE THE CAMERA WILL BE POINTING AT YOU.

Was looking for a tablet for my Son to have as he is always stealing my tablet and wanted him to have something he can use. Great size and the graphics are great. The only issue was setting up multiple accounts I felt if too difficult and putting in the parental controls and getting that all set up. They have a subscription for children that you can sign up for but was not looking to pay for another thing to manage on a table. All in all for the money it is a great product and would recommend it.

My 9 year old uses the HDX daily during reading time at school. The schools encourage the kids to bring thier tables and to use for this purpose. While he likes to play games on it, he also likes downloading and reading from the tablet over buying books and carrying them in his backpack.

My wife would always watch netflix on her phone over the WiFi, and then read her Kindle....so what better way to combine the 2 things together. She loves her Kindle Fire!

I got one for my mom and my girlfriend so they would stop talkin lol. It worked so good, men I recommend this. Give this to your wife or gf or whatever. They'll be hooked on it

great value for the money. My 7 and 3 year old can use it and easy to take with you everywhere.

I use this more for movie watching and book reading than running any kind of apps on it. It works perfect for my purposes.

Enjoy the size, easy to keep in hands while playing games, reading, or searching the Web.

I have 1 of these and this was given to my sister as a thank you gift for helping me out. Very easy to use. To read and watch videos and she loves the prime music

Got my sis one then my self one. The battery life is pretty long too love the big screen .

Great size, easy to use, lot of apps. Great colors. Large selection of for games and books

excellent for reading and adequate for other operations such as email, easy net surfing. the presence of "amazon" related unwanted material is still a problem as with other kindles. this latter feature alone has caused many of my colleagues and family to opt for other table products despite the higher cost. in addition, some apps that were available for the kindle fire are not available for the HDX at this time.

Great screen resolution, awesome apps, all in one entertainment device. Have used kindle's for 3 years now. Well continue to upgrade as they improve the product.
