I actually bought this tablet for my little sister. She is extremely satisfied with it. It's great because she can download lots of free games. Plus she can also download books and movies. The picture quality is the best I've ever seen on a tablet. My parents love it because of the parental controls. Overall this tablet is excellent!

I've had 4 Kindles and the last one I bought from Best Buy in Puyallup had terrible sound quality normally I would give this product 5 stars because I love it so much but not from the last Best Buy

Just upgraded to the new version and I love it....

Have had no issues up to date. The kids can game, read books, everything they were doing with my wife's kindle fire.

I previously had the old fire and I love my new one. The only thing I really wish it had is a forward facing camera.

I originally wanted a plain Kindle Fire to replace my first generation Kindle Fire because it had stopped working. I fell in love with the HDX & have not been disappointed. It moved all my books & apps automatically & is really easy to toggle between books & apps. The built in camera makes using it for Skype calls a dream.

Used by my sister for reading and Facebbook after her iPad died. Great functionality and price for what she needed.

After my original Kindle Fire and 2 years with it (and a year of the charging plug not working properly) I received a Kindle Fire HDX for Christmas. I love it! The screen quality and color is fabulous, the options for internet, movies, gaming, aps, books too numerous to use, I am VERY pleased and look forward to years of use!

I really adore this thing. For a casual tablet user, it is well worth the price and holds its own against the more expensive tablets. The only issue is the limited amount of applications (no Google Play no AppStore). But most of the important apps (Facebook, Twitter, Netflix, etc.) are covered in the Kindle store so whatever. Screen looks great. Very stable. In love.

I can't believe I waited this long to get it. My children LOVE it. I can set up accounts for my children's books and games and monitor their progress and there activities as well. I highly recommend it.

Love this tablet! Great price! My daughter loves it too! so much so that she hogs it all the time! Ha Ha! And she's only 4 years old. It is very user friendly and the parental controls are awesome.

Was looking for a tablet for around 200-300 bucks and this tablet has a fast processor and screen resolution is great. My favorite part about it is the kids "free time". Application were you can set how much time and what content your kids have access to. It is password protected and for our three kids it works great. No whining about "five more minutes". When time is up, it shuts off. However, they can always get you to add more "extra time".

My 9-year-old grandson LOVED this Kindle. It's just what he needed.

A good reader in the continuing development of the Kindle. This is my 3rd over the years. Graphics jumped out a me right from the start. Basic functions are intuitive so I could get to my books right away. Lots more features are there, but takes time to find and learn. I enjoy mine and use it a lot.

I was looking for a tablet , to give a Grand parent for Christmas that would be very easy to use , and still be a great quality at a good price. The best buy salesperson suggested the Kindle, and he was right. Grandpa can easily use it, and he loves the mobile access to to his emails and all his apps.

This is my second Kindle. So many improvments over the original Kindle! The screen image is beautiful! There are still some things that need improvement. Not all apps will work and the browser will not play all media types (not an uncommon problem on mobile devices). I am very happy with my Kindle.

This Kindle was on sale and a good buy @ Best Buy - better than Amazon. If you're a frequent Amazon purchaser, Kindles are the way to go - and the Fire is as good a tablet as any. Get the most bang for your buck - this is great.
