    The kindle works great for all my college work. Light enough to put in backpack, so I can ride my bike a long way to school. Love the access to the internet, the picture is amazing!! I even used the help feature, awesome!

    gave my wife a "reader" but also easier to look up things online quickly , Facebook, and email,. She likes it to cook with- reading recipes. she has an android phone so likes she can swipe on kindle just like her phone.

    Bought this for my granddaughter and she loves it. She is a big reader and loves the organization options to keep her library in order. The battery holds a charge for a long time. Very happy with this purchase.

    Came out of the box ready to go. All I had to do was synch it up with my Amazon account and it was ready to go. It took me a bit to re-download the books I had on my old Kindle, but that was a small price to pay.
