The Kindle Fire HDX is well worth the price. It is great for children, too.

I was going back and forth with this tablet and the iPad mini, in the end I went for exactly what I needed, sometimes you need to do a list of things you need and then search for the best fit so I got a winner! And the price was just right so I think I got more value for what I paid for! I use it for social media, work and play, so far this tablet is performing to my expectations!

I use this tablet primarily for work. I use it with VPN all the time. The Silk browser offers handy acceleration and the integration with Amazon services means I can pull most all of my product documentation via Whispernet. My only complaint is the bluetooth sound. Some mild interruptions in sound and choppiness when watching video with a lot of screen action.

Great graphics on the Kindle fire HDX, also seems to have better battery life.

I am very pleased with my new Kindle Fire. It is easy to set up and use.

For the price its not bad, but I prefer my kindle keyboard for reading or my original kindle fire as the battery doesn't drain so quickly. I've also had problems where my HDX will not recognize any Internet access and had to completely reset it to factory settings and lost my progress on some gaming apps. Fixed the problem but wasn't happy about it especially after learning it is a common problem. Also seems to be hit or miss if I can use Netflix and accessing the Amazon kindle store and actually purchasing items is difficult. Tried purchasing an app six times and finally went to the screen where I could purchase it instead of freezing. Happened on two different occasions.

This new Kindle is easy to read, full of features and comfortable to hold.

I would purchase this item again and love the size and clear crisp screen

My husband and I bought this for our 2 year old. She absolutely loves it! There is a child lock on it so that when she is in a certain screen all she can access is that info and she cannot exit that screen without our password. It works perfect for both of us. She gets to play educational games all she wants and watches cartoons at a limit. A very good buy for the price!

The Kindle Fire HDX is easy to use and the screen has incredible clarity.

This is my 3rd Kindle and I am very pleased. Ease of set up was great.

I compared other e-readers out there, but ultimately the Kindle compliments all of the features of my Prime membership. At first, it would seem that there aren't many apps available, but that is easily remedied with a little research. Best for avid book readers and Amazon Prime members.

I love my new kindle fire! It is compact and has a good battery life.
