Setting up routines was straight forward once I found the instructions online. A more comprehensive users manual would have been a big help if included in the packaging.

Very Easy To Set Up

I plugged it to an outlet and within a few seconds, the Alexa app on my phone changed the smart plug’s status from offline to online.

Great Value Smart Plug

Thanks Best Buy and Alexa!

The only thing lacking compared to some competitors is that the Alexa app does not have an "away" mode that will turn the plug on and off at random times to simulate someone being at home.

Amazon smart plug

We’ve tried a few others and have either had app issues or they just stop working all together. We use our smart plugs to operate lamps in our home. Buy them, you won’t regret it!
