Bought this product to go with the amazon Alexa. Though it would work with tiring my tv on and off. Doesn’t perform that task as the outlet it’s self just powers off. It will turn back on but the tv itself does not power on. Works as intended, just not what I thought

I bought 3 of these. One is still unopened, because the other two dropped connection multiple times over a 2--week period. Maybe there is a reason they can be purchased for $5 through Alexa?

Paired it with Alexa and it works as expected. I like it.

Perfect for lighting the Christmas tree during the holidays when you don't have a switched outlet close! Plus, you can put fun macros on such as "Alex, Merry Christmas!"

We own a couple of these and they work great. One we use on a lamp and we typically use verbal commands. Other we have set on a schedule to turn on a heat lamp for a pet turtle.

Works well but the app to program actions is not as intuitive as one would expect. Yes, you could probably program this to make your blender start upon opening the garage door, but a simple light timer on/off sequence takes the same know-how. If you just want on/off there are simpler and cheaper options.

Using the smart plug to automatically turn on the backyard string lights. Schedule the on and off with Alexa app. Works great. Doesn’t lose connection to wifi.

Works perfectly with our Christmas tree! I love being able to program Alexa to control whatever I plug into it. There is absolutely no delay in the response time. Definitely purchasing more!

I was skeptical at first, I thought I'd still have to hit the power button, but this thing works. "Alexa turn on TV", Boom it's on. I'm currently looking for more places to use these.

I have tried both the Amazon smart plugs and the WeMo smart plugs. Each of them works fine on one network but when I’m away and I want to talk to plugs on more than one network only the Amazon succeeds.

Quality is high and Setup was easy but when using this product found that it does gives sync issues at times and had to manually reset it twice. Would suggest to buy other smart plugs as this smart plug only works with alexa. $25 for single smart plug is not worth.

I was very confused about what this was for but I've figured it out and now I don't have to unplug the light I have plugged into it everyday to turn it off! As simple as that!
