We bought this, but haven’t used it yet. I guess we are waiting on the right thing to put it on.

Works just fine, no complaints! Only issues is having Alexa work so the plug will - but that is not this product!

I use several of these throughout the house and they are always very dependable and work very well.

It is pretty good for the five dollars price I bought it. But I have found it to lose connection with my wifi router a few times requiring me to remove and add it via the Alexa app again.

I have 4 of these for different lights in Living Room and Master bedroom. Love, Love

Had to contend with the TP Link for so long that when I got this I have not had any issues of it disconnecting.

This outlet really helped when starting to build my smart home. We figured we’d give this a shot to see how the whole smart device would work and it’s been fun. Now we are in the process of getting the smart bell and more.

I love my new smart plugs cause if the kids forget to hit the tv off I can do it from my phone now.

Hey Alexa - Turn on the light... Voila the light turns on. Doesn't dim the lights though JUST on or off

I bought this for my daughter’s family. It works great and her husband went and bought three more.

Before I got this Amazon plug, I had used Kasa products for Wireless outlet options and they worked great! Although, you had to use Kasa softwear first and then sync with Amazon app. For some reason, with the Amazon smart plug it was a little difficult activate in the first place and then if for some reason, the plug lost connectivity with the Wi-Fi, it was sometimes VERY difficult to get it to reconnect and this happened with both of the Amazon Outlets that I purchased not just one. Surprisingly disappointed and will continue to use Kasa instead of Amazon Outlets.

They made the setup easy, does not block outlet. Not too loud of a "click" when turning on or off.

I thought I could interface with Alexis to use as a timer for seasonal ornaments, but it only works for that day not every day. Other than that the work as intended but some were difficult to hook up.

We use it for our coffee pot every morning. It's nice to not have to worry about getting up early.
