Works well Software is terrible

Svc.for help and after 3 calls got someone who knew barely enough to help. The software for the Insigna smart plugs was easy and worked except for railways not being able to connect with their servers. Amazon software doesn't allow to turn off all unless all plugs have already turned on. If they haven't all turned on you'll have to turn them off individually after their on I would think that Amazon is capable of presenting better quality software to their customers.
