I use these outlets with Alexa to control lights throughout the house. They work well and have never lost a connection.

Good for lamps and lights that are not easily accessible to control. Need good WiFi connection or else drops occasionally.

Still working on the ideas of smart coffee pot... Not sure how it works... But I love the voice command features.

Plug it in the wall, plug your smart device into it, and you're integrated. What else do you need to know? It works.

Work best for my living room lights. When ever you fall asleep. with voice you can just switch off light.

this is nice but you need many more of these. a double plug would be better and more practical.

Smart plug does what it's supposed to do, but it's not compatible with Google Home, yet. Hopefully this will change.

I wish I could give it zero. The reliability of this device is horrible. I has already broken after minimum usage, giving Provisioning Failure 3:12:0:3 error code, which indicates hardware failure. It is also too wide to fit if you have small space - for example, inside of an outdoor electrical box. It also makes a loud click noise when it is turned on/off. After it is broken, I contacted Amazon and wasted too much time trying to get them honoring the warranty, which they wouldn't as it was not purchased from Amazon. They reason they told me "we are resolving network issue" is plainly offensive, treating me like an idiot. When I got fed up and asked when the "network issue" would be resolved, I was told "no time frame, our team is on it". You figure.

Plug generally works with Alexa. However, every so often Alexa has difficulty connecting with the plug

It does the job, but doesn't have as many features as some other smart plugs (e.g., Kasa).

If I can figure out how it works it will probably be just fine bur it did not come with helpful instructions.

I bought this for my wife and she loves it. Thin, portable and light weight. Nice design

working great so far with alexa. only caveat is that it doesn't work with google home.

I am not sure if I did not set it up right but with all wemo, wink and hue hubs, I think it is getting confused.

I love the Amazon plug BUT sometimes they malfunction and stop working. I get an error message and when I google the message, it basically is telling me that the plug is broken and no longer works. This has happened to me twice already. It's frustrating that this happens when the plug itself is expensive. Hit or miss with this...

Received as an add on item for $5, have not inked it as of yet. Would not pay the full price of $25
