Failed after 38 days

I tried to reset the plug but it will not reset. After scanning the 2D barcode with the Alexa app the app returned the following message: 'Unknown Failure. We failed to receive a response from your device'. And now BestBuy says it's too too late to return the device.

Makes no sense. Spent two hours on the phone with Amazon and they can't even recognize the DSN. Maybe Best Buy is selling either defective or counterfeit plugs. Such a waste of time and money.

Wanted to love it

Constantly have to reset it, unplug it. I have read all the suggestions for trying to get it to work and I still have the same problem. Will be returning it for a new one, to give it one more chance.

Can only connect to 1 amazon account

So, if you and anyone in your household use separate accounts, only one of you can control the plug with alexa. If you buy a 3rd party plug everyone's alexa will be able to control it.

Wouldn’t Pair

Now, it too has quit working, although all of the other Alexa add-ons that we have are not giving us any problems. Very disappointing.
