I use this plug to turn on and off electronics using Alexa. I like this plug because you don’t have to download a 3rd party app to use it with Alexa. 3rd part devices have you download their app and the Amazon Alexa app.

This plug works well and integrated flawlessly with my Alexa system. My only complaint is that it is quite large, which is only really an issue if trying to use outdoors in a weather proof outlet enclosure (ie. Christmas lights). There are smaller ones available by other companies, but require a 3rd party app to integrate. This one integrates straight top Amazon app.

I use this little guy to turn my lights on in my secondary living room and it works great in conjunction with a different brand smart plug across the room. Would purchase again and got a great deal on it to boot!

This works very well because I gave a bad knee and can’t bend down. It automatically connected to my Amazon account and knew exactly where it’s was. Now all I have to is press a button on my phone and light come on.

This smart plug works great with alexa. Able to setup automatic routines to turn on the plug everyday at particular times. There is a lot more Alexa could do to manage the smart plug. Wonderful addition to smarthome.

Amazon products make life so much easier. I paired this with my echo dot device and my phone. I can turn on my lights when I’m pulling up to my house or when I’m about to walk in the room.

This plug worked perfectly out of box. Public service announcement:::: Follow instructions in box on how to connect your plug. You will need your smart phone with the Amazon Alexa app installed on your phone before you try to set this up.

Paired with my Amazon Echo Dot, this plug-in helps me control all the lights in my living room! It is really been an awesome addition to the family! The fact that I can control the lights to my house from miles and miles away is amazing!

You can use these everywhere. They come in handy everywhere. Even hustling being able to turn on or off a lamp across the room. I feel like I might gain weight since I don’t have to get up as often to turn things off or on

These plugs are so easy to set up. Plug it in, launch your alexa app, connect via Bluetooth automatically, rename the plug to your liking and you’re done. 2, maybe 3 minutes top. These maintain their WiFi connection better than plugs that cost twice as much.

This is my first trail to use this, and I think it is super necessary to the people who wanna build a 'JARVIS' like environment. Of course it is not such excellent, but at least I can control most of the stuff in my room only by voice

I got this plug for less that $5 that is a great bargain. I already have one of this plugs. This is basic reliable smart plug that work with Alexa app. No complains and works like a champ. If you can get it at the same price, go get it.

We wanted to make better use of our Echo Dot so we purchased a smart plug to use with a lamp in our home. This has been very useful, as well as fun! The smart plug works properly every time, as Alexa turns it on and/or off at our command!

We also use the wemo plugs but during Black Friday you could get these for $5. I would equate them to the wemo from a functional perspective. Works as expected and would prefer them the same as the wemo but we already invested in multiple of those as well.

Works great for item that can turn on and off. I use it for a sound machine that when it gets plugged in, it turns on automatically. Useful when I can’t reach the device to turn it on but have my phone nearby! I just have Alexa do It!

What a great product. Truly time saving. Easy to install, seamless operation. I use it for plants grow lights. Mimic the sunlight, sunrise/sunset, Been using it for over a 6 months now, no issues. Turns on/off twice a day. Had to reprogram it once during the past 6 months of use due to a power outage and router reset. That's about it. If you have many devices connected to a single Wi-Fi network, especially these IoT devices, its might be a better option to create a separate Wi-Fi network (like a guest network), or install a separate Wi-Fi router (an older 2.4 GHz router - not many of the IoT devices run well on 5 GHz spectrum). I have 10+ of these, been using them for about 1~2 years. Not one has failed so far.

Setting up the timer for my lamps was always a chore, and I never seemed to get it right. With the smart plug, I did everything on the Alexa app and it worked like a charm the very first time. Will be getting more smart plugs and devices for sure!

These plugs are great to use all around the house. Almost anything that gets plugged in can be put on one of these and then turned on with an Alexa. Set all of our living room lights on these. Great product!

This plug only works with Alexa, but it works perfectly with it. I have two both being used for lights. I have two echos and they work with it as do my kindles. Got it on sale...best way to get it.
