I turn on lights in the house without getting out of bed. And then them off when I get into bed. This is my fourth smart plug. I don't use timers for lights because I don't have a set schedule. These are so easy to set.

It's great when your playing in bed and you just have tell Alexa to turn off a lamp. Is also great when you walk in to a dark room and have turn on a light. Easy to set up, saves its settings if the power goes out.

Love these Smartplugs. Easy to connect and schedule. That lamp I quit using because the plastic switch got stripped, I can use again and no longer go down a dark hall at night.

This plug makes it easier to do everything. Tell that NSA surveillance device to turn the light on and they are so happy to do so. Seriously. You like Alexa now, get a few of these and your love will grow.

Got this to turn on and off our Christmas tree from our phone or by voice command. You can even set this to turn on and off automatically through the Alexa app. I have several of these in the house and they are all great!

Really easy to use. We used it for plugging in the christmas tree lights this past holiday and was really easy to use and set up. Definitely recommend it, especially for lights that are hard to turn on/off; now you can just use your voice.

I love this little plug. I use it for my bedside lamp and have it connected to my Alexa dot. When I’m laying in bed reading and an too comfortable to get up to turn off the lamp, it’s great to be able to say “Alexa turn off my lamp”.

welcome to 2021. Love these devices. So easy to use with Alexa in-home and phone. I love that I can operate lights, set timers and alarms from outside of my home. Will definitely be buying more.

Ran across this as I was just shopping for Christmas. Thought I would give it a try to light up my cabinet that I have collectable stored. Works great. I can set to light up when I am gone to make it look like some one is home to turn it on.

This takes a few minutes to install if you have Alexa. We use it to run a heater in the kids room and works as expected by commanding Alexa to turn it on and off. It would be nice if it was compatible with Apple Homekit.

Got a great price in a bundle deal and didn't really know what it did. Glad I purchased it. Easy set up and use. I currently have it connected to a living room floor lamp and love that I can turn it on and off from any room in my house and especially from anywhere outside my house. Also used it for my coffee pot for a couple of days. I can think of multiple uses for it.

The smart plug was very easy to add to Alexa and works everytime. I bought this for $5 with the Echo Show. I am still having fun controlling this device remotely even when on the road from a hotel and also from Canada.

Have several in our home and always finding more things we can plug in to the smart plug for Alexa to control. They were especially nice for Christmas. The smart plug is the first link to setting up routines, etc with your Home Assistant.

We purchased five of these and have them throughout the house... it's nice to be able to walk into a room and just tell Alexa to turn the lights on/off. Got on sale for $5/each so it was really a no-brainer.

Very easy to install. I learned on line to hold the button on the plug until it flashed. Not explained in box directions. Also that you had to scan the bar code was a surprise but easily done. So save the box with the code for installing.

set up one or multiple lamps on one of these and you don't have to turn on or off any lights. When coming into a room just say Alexa, lights on an your wish is her command. have them all over the house.

We have 3 of these throughout the apartment. "Alexa Turn on Lights". I love getting to say those words. There is so much you can do with these than just turning on your lights. I recommend these plugs to everyone!

Very impressed with the setup. I have it on an oscillating fan, to turn on at night then off in morning. I love it. Now, I need to find other things to use more with. :)

Similar to the Wemo plug, you can have amazon Alexa turn on or off the plug via your voice. You can also turn on or off the plug from anywhere via an app on your smartphone. Both this plus and the Wemo plug were really easy to setup.
