As advertised-did it's just like it was supposed to!

Range extender covered whole house and some out doors. Alittle hard to setup

Don't buy I did not get a good wifi connection & I even relocated the device

Just OK, It is not as strong as I hoped. good for the money though.

While my TV and IPad show excellent wireless availability, I am still not able to get connected. No IP address can be found. I have tried using a manual IP, as well. Also, I have to reset my router at least 3 times a day, which I never had to do before. I'm not very pleased.

OK product for the money but is sensitive to location

It has extended my wifi, but not as much as I need

It works okay.. I have a very small apartment and the connection still cuts out in my room all the time. I shouldn't have needed a wireless extender in the first place, but even with it the connection's still bad.

I have a larger home (roughly 4500sq ft home plus 2000 sq ft yard) and tried many range extenders from Linksys, Netgear, Hawking and belkin. After many unsuccessful attempts at stretching Wi-Fi throughout my home and yard, I tried the amped and I must say that Amped repeaters are the best. the range and ease of use are very good on this unit. I have full coverage in the home. My family likes to use their IPads throughout the entire house and have always complained to me about not being able to use it everywhere. Well now they can and now i look like a cool dad! Setup was very easy and i'm not even that technically. I got setup in 2 minutes and i even called their tech support for help with a security feature. to my suprise a us based representative picked up in about 1 minute of waiting. Very good experience overall compared to the poor support form the other brands. Overall I am very happy with my experience with this brand. If there is a negative comment, i would say the price was a bit high on this unit compared to the others. But normally you get what you pay for.

So this did increase my signal strength, but then kept dropping the devices that were attached to it so we would have to re-connect constantly.

This device only extends the signal to short distances from modem. Returned this item and bought two airport express items. Works great no now

I live in an old house and the cable company said I need one of these to make my signal stronger in the front of the house. This was recommended as a good choice. It was a complete pain to set up and didn't help my signal at all. In fact it made it worse. I don't know what the problem was, but it was honestly a waste of time.

I had no signal at one end of the house now I have week signal through out the house overall I am not impressed

When the product loses signal it crashes or loses power, it must be completely reset by manually plugging in to it. Does not play well with comcast Ayris router. I was unable to get the firmware to update, for two hundred dollars this product should work out of the box.

There are better wifi range extenders for less money.

Would not even begin to purchase. Stay away. Range is EXTREMELY short. Don't even begin to purchase.

Work in the beginning just fine till I had my service provider change out the modem and now it's been useless. Customer support still is unavailable after a week. Taking it back

I would give this a 4.5 star review if best buy allowed that. I wouldn't say the product is perfect but its really good. the reason for this is because I had a hiccup during installation but their support department is great. Very nice fellows helped me get my channel issue worked out (my router jumps channels) and I upgraded a firmware to have my repeater automatically jump with the router. I'm a bit technical and their support guys knew what they were talking about. That was probably the only issue i had and they solved it so thats why 4.5 stars. They said most units now should have the latest firmware. Anyways to the product. I use it in a larger home to get Wi-Fi across my entire house. Works well doing that and is the best repeater i've tried to date! I use my internet for streaming videos, browsing the internet and downloading videos so speed and range are important to me. This repeater did the trick so I could do what I do in a far room in the home.

Great concept but doesn't work if you have hills or trees near your home.

I did a lot of research looking for an extender that would travel from my house to my 12 by 20 outside shed about 80 feet away. Setup was super easy. Plug it into the wall, plug in the extender to a PC, go to the specified URL for setup and answer 5 questions to complete the setup. After that I unplugged everything, took it out to the shed and plugged it into the electric and presto, I had maximum bars for connectivity. This is an outstanding piece of hardware in my book. Super product.
