Way too expensive for not really getting anything out of it. Would not recommend this product.

This thing isn't as easy to set up and needs constant rebooting. The signal is constant but won't allow access to the Internet. Worst product Ive ever purchased from Best Buy.

Sorry for the trouble you are having. I am not sure what software you are referring too as there is no software required for our extenders to work. But if you go to www.ampedwireless.com/support you will find the firmware and drivers for all our units.
