Posted .Greetings! Thank you for your purchase. Placing an antenna in the right location is the key to getting better signals. If you placed the antenna on the floor, for instance, the signals may not have been presented or low to the floor. For indoor purposes, even an indoor/outdoor antenna needs to be up high. Towers are 1500 feet up in the air. Most of those signals are not pointing down, so we always recommend placing the antenna up as high as possible to achieve the best signal reception. Indoor TV Antenna

Antenna was supposed to be good out to 70 + miles. It looked like we picked up about 36 channels, but still could not get good reception. They had only a 2 week grace period before returning, so did not have a lot of time to really check it out.

Depending on your distance from the nearest towers, you may want to run a channel scan without the included amplifier. Over-amplification can occur if you are trying to use an amp too close to the broadcast towers and could very well make your reception worse. We also have a free app called Antenna Point you can download to your iOS or Android phone. Once you download, the app will identify your location. You will see the towers in the surrounding area, so you aim the antenna in the right direction to pick up the TV signals. Not worth the money.

I'm only 15 miles from the transmitter sites and it still doesn't pull in the expected signals. It has to be adjusted to peak the signal on every channel and their towers are all within 15 degrees of each other from my location. Supposed to be indoor/outdoor. Doesn't work well indoors at all, in a standard wood-frame house.

I was hoping to pick up enough channels to finally cut my cable subscription. I ended up taking it back....it was way over priced. I will look at other alternatives at a fraction of the price, which probably performs as well.

Tried various antennas and none seemed to work until I bought this one .Able to pull in channels that I couldn't before with outstanding video performance and clarity. A real bargain too considering what cable cost these days. Cut my cable out 15 years ago and won't go back ,love the option of watching free tv

You are only as good as the broadcast strength - but you an outdoor aluminum antenna for 50 bucks. It will do the same thing. I purchased it thinking (as advertised) that I could get a good signal in the attic. Nope had to put it on the roof anyways.

Constant pixelation and complete loss of picture. After you make a big order you have to wait sometimes two months before installation and then when you find out it doesn't work you can't return it. Schedule the installation first and then buy everything a week or two before so you have a chance to return it if you want to. Salesman will tell you to buy it because it's the most expensive not because it's the best. One more thing that Best Buy doesn't know how to install.

Antenna signals can be tricky due to fluctuations in signal strength coming from the TV transmitting towers and atmospheric conditions. Try moving the antenna to another location, up higher or outdoors is always best, and rescan your TV for channels. We recommend you try moving your antenna to several locations and rescan your TV every time you move the antenna until you find the best signals.
