The amplifier should be installed downlead by the TV. There are setup instructions inside the ClearStream 4MAX Complete box with detailed instructions and an illustrated diagram to setup and install the antenna and all the components. I have a Samsung TV and in the process of cutting the cord. I now currently have just internet from my provider. I assume this antenna gets connected to Antein on the TV. If I have no setup box where do I plug the internet coax cable ?

Remove the coax line from the splitter used by the cable service and use a barrel connector to connect the coaxial cable to a dedicated line going to the modem. Then, connect the coaxial cable from the antenna to the existing splitter. All TVs connected to the existing line in your home will now have over-the-air broadcast signals.
