BestBuy could not fulfill this order for almost 1 month. I was assured by a WorldTech expert that the Geek Squad would install this on my roof for free (check my communications with him). Finally I picked up this item from BestBuy in Gaithersburg, Md. Then contacted Geek Squad. They cannot do it. Cancelled my World Tech membership - it cost me almost $11. Don't think this is fair!

It is a well made product. Very easy to assemble and install. I just didn't get the desired results.

That today was just delivery of 85 inch Sony Brevia Tv and two 55 inch Sony Brevia, and a 243.00 antenna, special wire for gaming, 2 surge outlets. That I needed to make another appt to connect all 3 TV's to antenna. I then made another 2nd appt to connect to all 3 TV'S to antenna Geek Squad damage mom bedroom left hole on wall and damaged garage left another hole ! Only connected 2 TVs ! NOW have to make 3rd appt to connect 3rd TV to antenna because he doesn't have a spinter to connect 3rd tv. Plus I have to pay 309.00 for connection of antenna's to TVs. ADDITIONAL after paying Geek squad membership ! They give me a phone number of people who soppose to come n repair all the damage done to walls but NO ANSWER ! Worst experience of Geek squad! Best Buy you have to do better than this !

Not what I was looking for..

I live around 50-60 miles from the closest tower and have a lot of trees surrounding my property. Still looks like a pretty good antenna, but for closer, more open areas.

Also, often times, you have to find the sweet spot for the antenna. The roof or in the attic is the best place to install the ClearStream 4MAX antenna. Doesn’t work long range up north

But there is an app to help you figure out what way to face. It did not work for me but I was at the maximum mile limit

The range that is stated is completely unrealistic unless you live on the salt flats or something. It is based on a completely unobstructed path. If you have a hill, buildings, trees, etc. The range will go down by at least 10 fold. Their customer support confirmed this. So if you a next door to the broadcast or live on a tall hill in nevada it may work OK for you. It most practical applications I'd estimate the range to be about 2 - 7 miles.
