But there is an app to help you figure out what way to face. It did not work for me but I was at the maximum mile limit

Bought a new house 10 miles away, and decided to upgrade to this, now have 6 channels. It works, but not any better than the cheap Chinese ones on Amazon

Short Range

The range that is stated is completely unrealistic unless you live on the salt flats or something. It is based on a completely unobstructed path. If you have a hill, buildings, trees, etc. The range will go down by at least 10 fold. Their customer support confirmed this. So if you a next door to the broadcast or live on a tall hill in nevada it may work OK for you. It most practical applications I'd estimate the range to be about 2 - 7 miles.

There are many factors that can cause TV signal interference, like terrain and obstacles between your home and the TV tower which is most likely why you are not receiving certain channels. You might be able to fix the issue by simply moving the antenna up higher in the room or by moving the antenna to another location in the room. We would be happy to provide you with a free signal analysis in your area to offer better troubleshooting tips to solve the issue. We are available M-F 9am to 7pm at 877-825-5572. Didn't work for us

There are 1600' foot ridge lines in every direction. We put it on a 20 mast and were able to find 63 stations when we set up our TV

This is in Hesperia. My friend lives in Lucerne Valley and had cheap antenna and he gets all of the local channels. Very unwieldy. Mad I paid so much. Mad the local stations can't reach Hesperia. Don't know if it's the antenna or CBS and NBC signals. By law they are supposed to provide on air hd programming. Doubtful they care about Hesperia.
