This item does not pick up anything in asecluded valley area. Don't waste your time. I, however, am giving out kuddoes to the Best Buy team that installed the antenna. I informed the team a few days later and the team returned and delicately removed the antenna. In addition, they plugged up the holes that were left in the siding after the antenna was removed. All parts returned and I received a full refund!

Posted .Hi Tabs! We are sorry to hear you did not have a great experience with our ClearStream 4MAX HDTV Antenna. There are various reasons that could be causing interference with the TV signals, such as other electronics in your living space or where the towers are located could be on the opposite side of your home. Also, sometimes the signal is not even present in your living space. Therefore, we always recommend installing the antenna up as high as possible in a room or outdoors. We also have a free app called Antenna Point you can download to your iOS or Android phone. Once you download, the app will identify your location. You will see the towers in the surrounding area, so you aim the antenna in the right direction to pick up the TV signals. If you have not already returned the product and this does not help, please give our tech support team a call at 877-825-5572 and they will perform a FREE signal analysis, this will better assist them in pinpointing what the problem may be. Posted .Hi there, picking up all the channels can be a little tricky sometimes. Please use our free Antenna Point app to aim the antenna towards the largest cluster of towers in your area. You will need to rescan the TV for channels when you reposition the antenna towards the towers. If repositioning doesn’t resolve the issue, we are available 7 days a week to help you receive the most TV channels. Depending on where you live, there may be obstacles causing interference with the signals further away from your location. Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wasn't very impressed by this antenna cause it didn't get me anymore TV stations then I was getting with my $25.00 indoor antenna. Now maybe if I tried to hook it up outdoors I may have gotten better reception but I didn't do that. I was able to get 73 TV stations but a lot of them were double stations on different channels so it was more like 65 channels and I got that with my RCA HDTV Antenna. Good luck.

I paid to much to come to find out that a 13 dollar antenna work the same or even better. I made a mistake in not returning it as soon I found it was not as I expected. Don’t buy.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I would have no idea how this outside antenna we purchased from Best Buy works since we bought it from Best Buy only because before purchasing it a "Best Buy Geek Squad" scheduler on the phone assured me a Geek Squad specialist could install it. So I scheduled the appointment for the installation. Not until the day of the appointment, after taking day off from work, did I find out Best Buy's Geek Squad does not install outside TV antennas. I should have returned antenna.

Ineffective range

A real bummer as I have no less than 6 to 8 TV antennae’s within 35 to 40 miles however I’m only picking up 4 total Digital TV channel. I would recommend against purchasing this product.

Okay but not great
