Too complex to install

I figured that would give me the best area for the reception. I got no more channels that the cheap little wall mound antenna I have had for years.

Posted .It is possible that you were already receiving all the available channels in your area with the indoor antenna - even within a 70 mile range. We always recommend checking the towers before upgrading to a new antenna as we do not want folks to purchase equipment they may not need.

These are supposedly completely gone over and in excellent condition. When I got it home - it had parts missing and was all beat up. I was very disappointed. I did buy this exact antenna straight from the company and love it.

So ended up buying the wrong thing and then- when tried to return it was told was just too late.Again your service and skills of staff is poor

I had to constantly adjust the antenna. Some channels would appear one day and disappear the next. This makes it really hard to depend on this device.

Posted .Greetings Doug! We apologize you are not having great success with our ClearStream 4MAX HDTV Antenna. Your area could very well be affecting the signal reception you would like to receive. We are here to help! We ALWAYS recommend you place the antenna as high up as possible; some broadcast towers are at a longer distance and just because some obstructions cannot be seen does not mean they are not present between your location and the towers. Also, be sure to re-scan for channels every time you move the antenna. Sometimes it may take a few tries to locate the "sweet spot". We also have a free app called Antenna Point you can download to your iOS or Android phone. Once you download, the app will identify your location. You will see the towers in the surrounding area, so you aim the antenna in the right direction to pick up the TV signals. If you continue to have trouble after trying this, just give our support team a call at 877-825-5572, and they will perform a free signal analysis of your area to pinpoint what the problem may be. We are available 7 days a week to help. We appreciate your purchase and feedback.

I purchased it replace my DirecTv with Over the Air Digital Channels. Was not able to use it as I have a large tree in line of sight with the TV Tower transmissions.

The installer came out and said it wouldn't work well and took the antenna back. I need to check I'm getting a credit for this.
