You will also need to face the antenna towards the largest cluster of towers in your area. Depending on where the towers are located and obstructions between the antenna and the available towers. We greatly appreciate you trying out our antenna. Hi there! We apologize that our ClearStream 4MAX is not working out for you. We usually ask people to move their antenna around and move it up as high as possible on the wall, high shelf or place the antenna in or near the window and then rescan your TV for channels. You always need to rescan the TV for channels when you move the antenna. This couple take a few tries. We also have a free app called Antenna Point you can download to your iOS or Android phone. Once you download, the app will identify your location. You will see the towers in the surrounding area, so you aim the antenna in the right direction to pick up the TV signals.
