Posted .Hi there! We apologize that our ClearStream 4MAX is not working out for you. We usually ask people to move their antenna around and move it up as high as possible on the wall, high shelf or place the antenna in or near the window and then rescan your TV for channels. You always need to rescan the TV for channels when you move the antenna. This couple take a few tries. We also have a free app called Antenna Point you can download to your iOS or Android phone. Once you download, the app will identify your location. You will see the towers in the surrounding area, so you aim the antenna in the right direction to pick up the TV signals. If you have not already returned the product and this does not help, please chat with our tech support team at https://www.antennasdirect.com or give us a call at 877-825-5572 and they will perform a FREE signal analysis, this will better assist them in pinpointing what the problem may be. There are various reasons that could be causing interference with the TV signals, such as other electronics in your living space or where the towers are located could be on the opposite side of your home. Also, sometimes the signal is not even present in your living space. Therefore, we always recommend installing the antenna up as high as possible in a room or outdoors. If you need to adjust or move the antenna to a different location, always be sure to re-scan for channels each time. We also have a free app called Antenna Point you can download to your iOS or Android phone. Once you download, the app will identify your location. You will see the towers in the surrounding area, so you aim the antenna in the right direction to pick up the TV signals. Newer models not always better

We noticed This model is a cheaper quality than the older model, but we decided to give it a try anyway. After several months i wish I had my old one back.

Works great outside Metro in Minnesota

I live in Minnesota, outside of the Twin Cities metro area, about 43 miles from the broadcast towers. I placed the antenna in my attic (roof is asphalt shingles, siding is steel) and used the "antenna point" app to aim it directly at the towers in the northern suburb area. I used a 50 foot coaxial cable to run from the antenna to my basement where I hooked it up to cable splitter. I used a signal amplifier at the input and the signal is then sent to all of my cable jacks throughout my house. I have three televisions with built in digital tuners that I use. All three televisions picked up 54 channels with this configuration. I get al major networks--CBS,NBC,ABS,FOX,PBS(tPT),CW, ION, plus all the side channels that come with them. One of my televisions has a scale that shows how many "bars of signal" i'm receiving and all of the major networks come in at 2 bars out of 5. The picture is crystal clear and as good as the cable signal I was getting. We will see how it holds up with snow and rain outside. Assembly was easy, needed a screwdriver. Used a drill to install on a rafter in the attic but took less than 5 minutes to install in the attic. Fishing the cable through my walls took a little time but well worth it in the end. There are cheaper antennas available but I liked the reviews on this one. It's not multidirectional so if you're in a place where towers are in different locations you may want a different product.

Posted .That's odd... please call our support team to help you troubleshoot. Unless to towers are over 80 miles away you should pick up all the locals in your area. Did you scan your TV for channels using the remote? Give us a call at 877-825-5572 we are available 7 days a week to help.

It is very possible you are already receiving all the available channels. Antennas will only receive the signals that are being broadcast from the towers in your area.
