Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.They do not last long at all Just after your 90Day warranty if it rains it gets water logged..I've had 2 clear stream antennas and both of them suck..

Posted .Hi there! We apologize that our ClearStream 4MAX is not working out for you. We do have a free app called Antenna Point you can download to your iOS or Android phone. Once you download, the app will identify your location. You will see the towers in the surrounding area, so you aim the antenna in the right direction to pick up the TV signals. If you have not already returned the product and this does not help, please give our tech support team a call at 877-825-5572 and they will perform a FREE signal analysis, this will better assist them in pinpointing what the problem may be. We appreciate your purchase and feedback.

Posted .The ClearStream 4MAX is a receiving antenna, therefore is not capable of blocking any cell signals. You may have installed the antenna in a location that will not receive broadcast signals. You can see the broadcast towers in your area by clicking this link: https://www.antennasdirect.com/transmitter-locator.html. The locater will help you aim the antenna towards the largest cluster of towers in your area. If you need additional help, please call us toll-free at 1-877-825-5572 and we will evaluate your home location and advise which TV antenna is right for you. The call and support are free.
