Nightmare experience purchased an iPad and keyboard. I was charged Twice! In my account you will find only one purchase. In my bank account there were two charges. It’s taken over 5 hours now and I don’t have my money back yet although I returned the items as soon as I could get Best Buy to provide return labels. Summary: Nov 20, 2024 I ordered one iPad and one Zagg keyboard case. Online it appears I ordered one iPad and one Zagg keyboard case. I was charged twice! I was sent two iPads and two Zagg keyboard cases. I immediately contacted Best Buy to get refunded and correct the issue. After approximately two hours I was sent two return labels via email. I returned one iPad and one Zagg keyboard case using the return labels. The items were received by BestBuy on 11/Summary: Nov 20, 2024 I ordered one iPad and one Zagg keyboard case. This is creating issues in my bank accounts! Please refund the full amount of $421.98 ASAP and consider paying for my time as it’s been extreme now taking onwards of 5 hours! I really enjoy this iPad. I’m coming from a 5th generation iPad that kept freezing on me, so the smooth transitions of this one is awesome. I really like that I can use my coloring apps and not have to reboot it.

Liking the iPad but was annoying that the Apple Pencil 2 doesn't work with this, even though it has the magnet thing on the side of the iPad.

First IPad, it can become addictive because it’s so much to do! I would say I am enjoying.

It was great but still has lighting and not the usb c so that has become a headache now…. I do have to say the storage on this wow it gets used quickly…

Definitely was my kids favorite present for Christmas this year, it has kept him entertained, and allows him to learn, watch movies, and so much more.

It is a high quality tablet, and it just works; the processor is quick, the screen looks good, and the entire tablet is just high quality in general. The only “problem” I had was with how the tablet charges the Apple Pencil (Apple could have designed this iPad with magnetic pencil charging like they did with the iPad Pro)
