This new ipad is awesome. It is very clear and has great sound on movies. I like that it had a longer battery life also.

Bought the 9th Gen iPad because it was a better deal. Don’t always need the latest and greatest as long as it does what I need. It does. Screen is fine. Battery life is good. I miss the facial ID I have on my phone. Touch ID works OK for me but not consistently. But this is a good value.

Works great and it was easy to mirror apps from old iPad to new one. Apple Care was extremely helpful.

I got this ipad 9 to upgrade from my ipad 5. It's been a great upgrade and I have no problems with it.

Apple is Apple :) ipads are good for day to day use, for kids to play games, good battery backup and 256 gb is enough space for them to install all apps

I loved my previous IPad, but it was running out of memory, and I was having to delete pictures and videos—reluctantly. I wanted a new IPad that would give me plenty of GB, and not break the bank. The reviews all said the 9th Generation with 256GB fit my budget and my needs. The process of transferring my data from old to new was much easier than I anticipated.

It is very fast and has as a great screen. It was very easy to set up.

I had an iPad mini 4 for 5+ years and it was great until the battery started failing. The only way it would stay on was to be plugged in wherever I went. After a couple pay raises at work, I was able to afford buying myself a brand new iPad. The 10.2 inch iPad (9th generation) works wonders and all images are super clean. Great for watching movies, netflix, youtube, etc.

My appointment to set up my new iPad was great. Very nice man. Was set up and ready to go within my 20 minute time frame. He was very helpful and explained everything he was doing. I missed the email about my first visit to have my old iPad looked at. It was not fixable and a shout out to Aaron. He was very nice trying to fix it and apologetic when he couldn’t. Helped me get a new one ordered and set up the appointment to get it set up.

Replaced an older smaller I pad. The screen and resolution are truly brilliant, fast and better memory. Well pleased

It does what it suppose to do. Use it for browsing, and watching shows and is fast and practical enough.

I love my new I pad. It works great ans so easy to use.
