Gifted this ipad to my cousin as a graduation gift to use in college. He loves it. Perfect size for taking notes and not having to carry around his laptop.

Best Buy had the best price for this Apple 9th generation iPad. I would have rated the purchase with 5 stars if they had a useable tradein procedure that would allow you to copy data from my old iPad to the new iPad. When I went to pick up the new iPad they would not honor the tradein unless I turned over the old iPad at the same time I took possesion of the new iPad.. The only options provided to be able to copy the data was for me to do it then in the store or to hire the Geek squad to do the copy/install. I decided not to trade it in, but to do the copy/install at home. I can’t think of many times that you would not want to copy the apps and data from your old iPad when trading it in for a new one.

Upgraded from a 6th Gen iPad (which I also loved). The screen on this new one is awesome and the device is fast! Best of all I can still use my lightning charger and 1st Gen Apple Pen. I will have this device for a long time!

Super fun to use. Got this as a gift for my mom and she has not had a problem.

Works well, nice size. The Retina screen is really good. Almost all the programs and setups from my previous iPad were transferred seamlessly and painlessly.

Purchased for use at school for my daughter. She loves it. Light and not too big. Great for downloading the apps used at school, so she is able to stay connected even if she is not in class that day.

I bought it for my daughter. She is an undergrad student and uses this iPad for taking notes. So far, she is happy!

Good battery life. Clear screen and easy to set up and start using. Does all you should need a iPad to do. Good price.

The iPad is working well. We use it to run music remotely for our worship service. Everything is connected in the cloud and useable at any location.

Like the new iPad. However, it’s a little bigger than my other one that crashed. Had to get a new cover and am trying to get use to the way I’m holding it. Great iPad though. Like the new format.

Best decision I’ve made. I considered for a long time dropping the money and I have not regretted it once. Fast speeds and has held up good the last year I’ve owned it.

Taking a little time with the learning curve. Product is great but it takes a while to understand the locations of item. Best to have a case for protection against drops or spills. Should have gotten one sooner.

I visited the Best Buy store in Prescott, AZ, and upon entering the store, I was greeted by a staff member who assisted me. I explained what I wanted, and the staff person explained my options and answered my questions. He consulted the computer to find my choice of IPad. It arrived at the store the exact day it was promised. As I am on a fixed income, I chose the option to pay interest free for 2 years.

Bought for my autistic son. He has been able to navigate this tablet easily to play learning games and watch learning videos

It's a little bigger than I wanted. The IPad Mini was too small, though. I got the 256gb version so I could load my ITunes library. Now that VLC player is available on the apps store I was able to load my videos without having to convert the files. I was able to download the Brave browser from the app store also. So far no issues. It does have a headset jack.
