All I expected it to be. Wish it had the USBC for charging. Fast and responsive. Time for Apple to get on board with their pricing, they are big enough now to have competitive prices.

I have had a number of iPads and I use one numerous times every day. The newest purchase of a 9th Generation iPad was made because my previous unit could no longer hold its charge. As for this new one, I like its size—the larger ones are too cumbersome to carry with me. However, this new iPad has a new charging system, forcing me to purchase new chargers for home and my car, and there are none available with cords longer than 6 ft, which is a problem for me. The unit has no more memory than my previous iPad and I’m disappointed about that. The final problem is that this iPad’s highest volume is barely loud enough to hear, which is most frustrating. I also expected my new unit to hold a charge much longer than my old iPad, which, as previously stated, ran down rapidly . I have never before gotten a new iPad that did not appear to have a better battery! Finally, I see that BestBuy’s description of this new iPad says”…with WiFi.” I did not request that, and indeed, my unit does not have Wi-Fi (though if I’m in range, of course I can pick it up) so I hope I didn’t pay for that feature!

Compared to my old iPad Air it is a fantastic upgrade. It was easy to set up transferring all my apps from my old iPad.

It’s better than my last iPod, but there are a few issues with updates that bother me

I initially purchased the Microsoft Surface Go 2, but after noticing how it struggled with running multiple tasks, I quickly returned it and got the iPad along with an Apple Pencil. I have used it everyday since purchasing it, and I am impressed by how functional this device is and would highly recommend it!

This is my 2nd iPad. I find some of the changes more cumbersome. But, it has much more memory so I can open documents I couldn’t on my old iPad. I wish I’d had more choices of color.

Obviously, this is a must have Apple product for a family so you know the quality is going to be good since you pay a premium for it. My only issue is I wish Apple would come out with better authentic Apple case choices, especially for kids other than delegating it to third parties like Otter Box and LifeProof.

I’ve been wanting an iPad and I’m glad I bought it. It’s so much better to watch shows and videos on it than on my phone. I can also get a lot of work done on the go with it.

Upgraded from 16gb to 256gb my son loves it!!!!!!!

So far so good. New to apple so still learning and figuring out what I think. Setting up parental controls was a pain in the butt though. Had to get myself an ipad to get notifications and change my kids' settings. Not sure if there was another way around that but it's too late now.

I always get apple products based on safety and service. I get the best prices at Best Buy. This is also a gift for my 8 year old turning 9

Good price-on sale. Ordered on-line and ready for pick-up in less than 1 hour. Down loaded old ipad directly to new one with easy to follow instructions without any issues. I've only had the ipad for a week, but so far so good. Thank you.

Works very nice and pictures is crystal clear. Also recommend getting a pencil for it as well.

My backup iPad. I can watch video among other things while I use my iPad Pro. It’s a nice backup while staying with a cheaper iPad version
