It works very well, but we had to go to your tech service to update my husband’s phone so the email would transfer to to the iPad.

The devices by itselves we’re fine, the problem is the compatibility was not. I could not use the Apple Pencil 2nd gen with this particular ipad. It would be good to add a note or warning during check out process showing this condition for future customers.

It’s been a great iPad. We needed something we could used to read ebooks around the house and allow our children to watch movies on from time to time. It does take a while to charge, but it seems to have a decent battery life. Overall- very happy with it.

Device was in stock and ready to go right out of the box. Easy enough to use that my 85 year old Mom can navigate easily. There have been no issues or concerns with this device.

Beat IPad purchase thus far. Many improvements over prior generations. Video and picture quality has greatly improved. Great value for the money!

Great iPad for home use. Loaded office 365 to use as a portable option instead of taking laptop everywhere.

Bought it for my spouse so she can use Pro Create. Tested it before buying. Pencil was smooth (sold separately)and spouse was very pleased. Got the largest storage space available so she doesn't have to worry about saving files or downloading files off the device.

Works like a charm. Super Easy transfer from old iPad.

Great item and as described. I purchased it to replace an older iPad. I use my device for everything in my life from banking to watching shows.

Great for my needs for digital art. Very user friendly. I thought screen size may be too small but it seems I find it to be adequate for my use.

I ordered a new iPad and a pencil. When we picked up the iPad, I was told the wrong pencil was suggested. Instead of getting me the correct pencil, I had to wait for the order to be cancelled.

This iPad has been great for my 8 year old son. Perfect size, great features to restrict certain things. Overall very happy.

Needing a new computer, I looked into it, and decided to go with an iPad. Overall, it works great. I’m glad I chose it, but the salesman didn’t seem too knowledgeable about the product. I had to tell him that I need a keyboard and pencil. If he had known his stuff, he could have tried to sell me more.

This latest iPad is much faster than the previous version. It is heavier and a bit bulkier. Great value for their entry level iPad.

Extremely happy with my apple I-pad. I use it every day, to watch netflix and other streaming services, access email, etc. Very dependable and easy to use, I would highly recommend this I pad.

Awesome. Thanks to the associate that suggested that i purchase this ipad which has 256gb of storage versus the one that my grandson had which inky had 32gb. Great job young man.

Bought 10.2 iPad to replace iPad Air from years past. Works well and will get 4-5 years like the last. We did not see enough difference, for the price, to go for the Air this time. We did get the sale price we were waiting for.
