    I ordered a new iPad and a pencil. When we picked up the iPad, I was told the wrong pencil was suggested. Instead of getting me the correct pencil, I had to wait for the order to be cancelled.

    My first Apple product. Easy to set up and even easier to use once I got use to the slight differences between Apple and Android. Works great. Seems to have less bog down with heavy use than my Samsung.

    Great buy! Timely delivery! This was our second purchase of the same model because the first one was damaged due to an accident. We didn't purchase the Apple Care so we ended up buying another one.

    Excellent 9th generation iPad for grandkids with more storage capacity(256 GB) than the iPads pro (64 GB) and more money. I purchased two of the 10.2 inch replacing mini's and the kids love them. Well worth the money
