Arrived on time. Left on porch. Exactly what I wanted.

Very disappointed. I got this for my mother's birthday. Just to set up the thing was a headache. Kept asking for her iCloud over and over again even after everything was correct. Finally, we were able to finish the set up, but to update to IOS 18, it kept saying the passcode was incorrect when I'm the one who put in the passcode. We used every single passcode variation in case we had accidentally typed it incorrectly. Looked online and it said we could use her MacBook to reset it, but I guess that doesn't work on 9th generation iPad. Don't know if we got a lemon or if this is just what happens when you try to save money on Apple products, but thanks for disappointing my mother on her 70th birthday, Apple.

Before leaving the store, make them open the box and verify the item in the "sealed" box is the actual product you purchased. Or you might get stuck with a dud and a store manager accusing you of fraud and threatening to press felony charges. or better yet don't buy from bestbuy where they treat the customer like the enemy.

I just got this ipad and the battery doesnt hold any charge. I have always had a bad experience with Apple products and conti ue to do so. Only reason i have this is for my games. I hate Apple!!!

Bit disappointed. Reason for purchasing a new iPad was because my old one was getting warm and battery kept running low. Bought this new one and having same problem.

I bought this item for my husband for Christmas, he really needed a new one. I gave it to him early and he has been enjoying it ever since! He doesn't mind that its an older generation, he loves the extra space, the quality and the good price that I've gotten it for!

I am initially planning to buy 10th gen iPad later after comparing features bought this 9th gen iPad. It's powerful and less price than 10th gen

the ipad is great and the price was good, Best Buy's shipping was horrible and the delivery date kept getting changed on me. It was around 2 days later than originally promised.

the Internal ram is too low to actually play high functioning games.

Keep getting emails to review this iPad. But its a gift for my daughter for Christmas. So I don't know yet. Almost a month still waiting for $55 I would have gotten back for opening a card from Best Buy.....

Have been and Apple fan since my first iPhone. Bought a new iPad and Apple pencil to help build a new website. (Old iPad did not support pencil.) Ordered online, Beat Buy crew had my order ready almost immediately. Couldn’t be happier.

As with ALL apple products, this is wildly overpriced. Apple continues to rip us all off for their items that last for a few years if your lucky. Its an ipad and does what an ipad does.

Best buy has lost a customer over this purchase. Yes, we purchased an open box item do we understand there are chances, however we felt comfortable with the purchase because it was listed at "Geek Squad Certified" and Excellent condition. We unfortunately ipened it just open day after the return window and stuck with an ipad that does not turn on. When we called for assistance, the customer support rep said, "these are the chances you take" and hung up!

My last IPad was a 2016 and the only reason that I got rid of it was because it no longer received OS upgrades. Hands down, a 2016 iPad Pro is better than a 9th-generation iPad. I am three weeks into owning this iPad, have missed the return window, and I'm now stuck with a glitchy iPad that sometimes just will not come on. This morning I simply gave in and got a different IPad. I don't know if it is the 9th generation or Best Buy's stock, but I have never been as disappointed with an Apple product as I was with this item. A complete loss.

Been using an old iPad for years finally decided to get a new one…I didn’t get the top of the line but this one’s is awesome! Until you upgrade you don’t know what you’re missing…Love this iPad!

Trying to sign onto the service component of Tracphone was impossible. Initially Best Buy told me that they don't get involved, but then agreed to help me and gave up after 2 hours of trying to get the phone connected. I got a refund for the phone, but had to deal with Tracphone directly to get a refund for the one year service plan. That was another time-consuming nightmare. Never again.

Have not utilized most of the applications to make a valid review. I expected more speed and navigation agility.

The product is great. The advertising for it is misleading... they offered an open package one when I called but when but when I got there they said open package was not available. Which was the whole reason I drove 10 plus miles to buy the item.

Product was delayed a bit in delivery but the product itself is good and what i expected.
