    This was to replace an aging 16 gig iPad used in a Square housing. Having giving them the model number and physical dimensions of the old unit Best Buy assured me an exact fit. Oops. Too big. We are a shop in a remote location. 3 hours of commuting that should not have happened.

    Would not stay connected to WiFi and had to return it. I then upgraded to the iPad 10 and am waiting delivery of it.

    The product was with a Bad aspect, the product was worse than they hád written, too used, without the chager and the cable. When I inquired the geek squad at the store, they was so superficial and disinterested.

    My screen went black randomly. I have tried restarting, and everything and still screen will not turn on. It has sound but no visibility

    Unable to write a resume due to the fact that I purchased this on December 27, 2021 from the Monroeville store viva shipped to my home which was supposed to arrive January 6 which it never did call the one 800 number they said it was still in California I have no clue

    It gets super hot when charging. A little scary. Needs recharging way too soon, so it’s not holding the charge. This was a refurb? Feels like it, but was sold as new.
