iPad (9th generation) 256K. Great purchase!

It’s simple enough that at 78 yrs. old, I can use it for email, texting, and surfing at home with WiFi (and using my iPhone as a hotspot at camp). My salesman was very patient with my many non-technical questions and he was able to help me make my choice based on my needs. He could have easily up-sold me to a product That did much more than I really needed and I surely appreciated the fact that he didn’t try. This new iPad replaces my 10 yr old one that finally gave up the ghost. I am happy with the product, price, sales staff and the experience as a whole and would recommend Best Buy to my friends and acquaintances.

A Best Buy is the worst buy!!

Your item description when we bought it says it’s a 2014 refurbished model. The laptop information says it was last updated in 2013!!! I think we got scammed.

Best Buy Better than the rest

I never ever broke the screen but I wanted another one since my old eyes couldn't see the small mini screen. I searched for and found the Best website, Best buy and look what they had. Just what I wanted a bigger screen, a bigger pad, and made by Apple in the Best store. I just knew it would take forever to get this item but after I read about ordering online the screen popped up, your order will be ready in 1 hour. Best store Best product at Best Buy.
