    I needed to upgrade my iPad Air it was outdated and out of storage and slow to load. I’m not a techie but like to use for social media, shopping and emails. So this was a great buy for me.

    It took a couple of trips back to the store to finally get this up and running. Had problems transferring the data and we had to return on three different occasions before it was finally set up. After it was set up correctly it finally works OK.
