It was easy on Best Buy website! I had all the information I needed to make my selection and when I picked it up and had Geek Squad transfer from my old tablet, they made it as easy!! Love it!!!

I actually liked this better than the Ipad Air we got him a while ago because I feel like this one is built a little more solid than the air, maybe just because it's a little heavier... Perfect device if you only need it for some simple tasks...
