Love it and arrived a day early!

The service from Best Buy was great and it even arrived a day before it was advised it would. That always makes me happy. I will definitely shop here again and recommend Best Buy.

The Geek Squad took care of all my needs setting up my new iPad, the cloud, passwords and the successful transfer from the old to the new. Only negative is that it’s a little heavy. Go with the iPad Air if you can afford it

There were a lot of things we didn't know about that was different than using a computer. Everything was explained so well by the assistant and we felt confident when we left.
