    Happy Me!!!! The Geek Squad took care of all my needs setting up my new iPad, the cloud, passwords and the successful transfer from the old to the new. I am particularly happy with Hicham Hamed at the Colma store. He made all this happen for me. Thank you Hicham.

    Awesome sales associate, What a difference between my iPad second generation and this ninth generation. Only negative is that it’s a little heavy. Go with the iPad Air if you can afford it

    we had a great session with the Geek squad on how to operate the I-pad we purchased. There were a lot of things we didn't know about that was different than using a computer. Everything was explained so well by the assistant and we felt confident when we left.

    This is a replacement for a much older iPad. Speed and display are big upgrades from older iPads. Camera is also fantastic!

    This 9th generation iPad is basically the same as the 6th generation one it replaced. I was hoping it would be faster and more responsive but so far it seems the same. It’s still acceptable for my use.

    A very good iPad!! I once considered buying the Pro version but after considering the price differences and the quality of this new model, it was an easy choice. Buy the Logitech keyboard and you have an iPad that can also sub as a laptop!!
