I had previously had a kindle fire and it didn’t last very long replaced it with a product similar in some ways to an IPad and wasn’t happy with it so I gave it to my 6 year old grandson. I finally got the one I really wanted. IPad

Keyboard failure

Regarding the ipad that I recently bought, I'm sorry to say that the touch keyboard shows a failure (delay) in two letters, since I took it out of the carton it came in. I live in Guayaquil, Ecuador, I would like to know how I can get it checked by the manufacturer since it hasn't been two months since I bought it. could you please help me with that?
