My iPad is just what I needed to take the place of my mini iPad and my computer, still getting used to it but very happy

It's great for my 5 yr old, but has really short battery life. And yes insurance is worth it if you have children.

I am enjoying my new Ipad. It is so much faster than my old one that finally bit the dust after many years of daily use.

Very dissatisfied with quality of purchase. I have owned 3 other versions of iPads (2 mini and one previous generation of this regular iPad model comparable to this one). ALL of my older iPads still work great. This iPad just completely stopped working within 3 months of the apple care+ expiring. The ipad only lasted for about 2 years and then one day just completely stopped working all together, with it being used in the morning and then not functional 2 hours later. It was not used for heavy work, more browsing around and apps and well cared for - not dropped, no damage, etc. We brought the iPad to the smart bar at an apple store and we were told it was simply broke and nothing more could be done, no other explanation. We were then told we would simply have to purchase a new one, no discount offered, no trade-in/recycling offered just basically you are out of luck and let me show you the newest model. Extremely disappointing given the cost of the device. My niece who I purchased for is asking for a new one for Christmas to replace this but I will be shopping other tablets due to the lack of quality given it is the last one I purchased and first one to break with no support offered. I highly recommend looking at other brand tablets that cost way less and have similar capabilities.

Bought the refurbished offer with 256G and received 64G. Had to return and ended up buying a new one instead. Check your storage if you bought refurbished.

It's one of good product, which can help for kids education, setup screen time app wise helping yo over use and addiction

I moved from iPad Pro to the iPad and have no regrets. The colors are vibrant and the processing time is very good.

Buying the iPad was very easy. The basis trade in was somewhat easy too. Jake who assisted us assured us that when we got home and started the setup process , all of our information would load from the iCloud. NOT THE CASE, since the find my ipad function was turned off we could not connect to the old device via the cloud. You really need to have tech support help in the store before you leave.

Really enjoy the new iPad 9th generation. It is so much faster than my old one. Great service when purchasing it

iPads are wonderful! They work well for playing games and for work-related tasks. Everyone in my family has one.

256 mb is a must for storage. 9th generation is perfect price in lieu of the cost for the new generation stuff.

The iPad is the same as previous versions. It does not seem to have a longer battery life of faster response wren using.

Nothing much new, but consistent product. This is my 3rd iPad, so happy with familiarity of functions
