    Very satisfied with this iPad as with all Apple products you get a reliable OS to run software on with ease of use. Screen looks great, vivid colors with high clarity. Sound is good too. The price was fair too.

    I’ve only had one other bad experience when buying secondhand refurbished electronics, vehicles, and other items. That was 40 years ago, so I guess it was time. This particular iPad had some kind of glitch that kept popping up a mostly blank window across the screen, preventing any kind of action other than shutting off the device. Geek Squad could not fix it. Had to return it.

    After six months of use, I notice the performance was not as good as I expected for Apple device. It freezes some times and needs a power on/off to restore.
