Fortunately, the person who was checking out people knew exactly what to do to make sure my iPad was ready got trade-in. She took care of everything, and I walked out with a new iPad. Happy experience!

Two Things
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.two things: It took two weeks to get the IPad, but I blame Biden and his admin with the stacked up container ships. The second point is the item was shipped UPS, I got a notice it was delivered on Tuesday 12/14/21. It was not and we were concerned porch pirates had stolen it. I asked my daughter, that has a commercial UPS account to track it, she saw the item was handed off to USPS that day, and marked as 'delivered' to us. It arrived 12/15/21 via USPS. I am truly happy with Best Buy, just noted those two items here for others to learn.
