I love my new IPad! The fact that it’s Apple brand, puts the icing on the cake for me! Love its features and everything about it.

nice screen , a bit more difficult to transfer from an older model to this one finding things. Poor choice for games

Great upgrade from my old unit (9.7in iPad Pro 32GB).

This was a gift to my daughter to replace her existing, ailing 5-6 year old iPad. She loves it! The transfer of data from her old iPad was easy & seamless & no data was lost. I would highly recommend this to anyone contemplating its purchase.

Wonderful. This is used in a work setting and does everything we need it to do. Photo and video quality is excellent. Our last IPad was purchased in 2012 so they last forever.

I upgraded to this newer model and it's great. Plenty of storage space with the 256GB, and as always, apple products are awesome.

My 94-year-old mother was overdue for a new iPad, and Diane, our BestBuy associate, was so helpful in directing her which one would be best for her needs. There's definitely a learning curve, but it's such an improvement over her old one!

The ipad is really easy to use and has alot of storage. It connects really easy to iphone and can easily unsync the data aswell if you don't want to waste space.

My older IPad was running out of memory since for some reason I had opted for 32 gig. The upgrade was easy, and the Best Buy tech transferred my data while I waited. The new IPad is a winner for me.

Excellent tool, the stylus/pencil wears through tips quickly.

double click on older iPad and the open apps are shown. swipe up and apps return to sleep. Haven't found how to return apps to sleep on new iPad. however new iPad is overall great.

Nice but not much battery life.nice camera, and color doesn’t really matter, because you generally put a case on it.

I upgraded from the IPad Pro gen 1 to the current gen it’s a lot faster the camera is a lot better the 4 speakers is a big difference overall I’m satisfied

Best Buy was easy from browsing, to purchase, to shipping. I was pleased with the ease of the process and it came faster than amazon. Ipad itself is so far meeting expectations for an Apple product. Overall would order again.
