I was troubled that my new iPad Pro couldn’t have photos backed up to sandisk. Even Geek Squad tried.

The front camera is pathetic, pictures are over processed with visible patches. Not expecting such a mediocre performance from 1k apple device

Love it, so much faster than my old one. The only thing negative I would say is cosmetic, it is thicker than my previous Ipad. All in all v very happy with purchase.

 I love the size and the clarity of the screen. It’s more portable than the 12 inch I love all the accessories that you can get for it.

Love the device! These have improved so much since the last time I purchased. I purchased with a Magic Keyboard and hardly use my laptop anymore! Only complaint is the battery life when using the display with brightness.

Employee should review product compatibility before check out so customer won’t have to go back to exchange for right products.

The worst experience I have Sa far. I ordered online and they gave me a used I pad the box was already open I wasn’t able to return it because it takes a lot of time and I have classes going on at the moment and I am also going to work that’s why it was hard for me to go to the store and return it. If you order online they will do this to you worst experience I will never recommend it to anyone.

They do not send the original accessories for the open box supposed in “excellent” condition. I tried to solve 3x in the chat and they simply said they could do nothing (when we do not they can ship the original charger and cable that were missing).

Apple is always been good to me. This ipad is great upgrade from mu 3 year old ipad. Love it!

Had this ordered by mistake and had to be sent back. It was not want I wanted Wi-Fi only and not cellular.

the item is very good. The process to get the item was less than satisfactory. I had to wait in the store for two hours while customer service tried to verify, and locate, my online purchase. The employee did the best he could to navigate an inefficient system.
